i guess desi3933's chart has 7 Day EMA, 14 Day EMA, & 40 Day EMA (on closing prices) on indicators (based on annotations on top of charts).

Yellow dots are direction indicator and bars are painted red (down trend) or blue (up trend) using other indicator.
The green arrow indicates possible Up (Buy) scenario and red arrow indicates possible Down (Sell) scenario.

if it began on the first day of that "pending period" then you are good...
The approval has from Feb16th to so and so time. It does not talk anything about the time between spet/04 to feb16/05. So this is called pending status, that's why there is confusion regarding this matter.
Anybody was in similar situation? or recaptured this time to file H1?

Yes, I am active now as I just joined newly/... not like you oldies....and inspite of this have done most of the things that have been asked from us....and by the way money is not the only way of helping....

Its very unfortunate, that most of us are very active only when a Visa Bulletin is released, bickering about EB1, EB3, EB1 etc. Then the topic dies until the next visa bulletin is released.
There are plenty of action items to do, have you checked those, I recommend you do that ASAP. Mind that the IV core also has a professional and personal life, no one pays them to do what they do at IV. Simply pointing fingers at others will not help with our cause. Contributing some $$ is also an action Item, I suggest you start with that.

I E filed EAD for my spouse on april 1 st and still no FP or Approval notice ...

Hi Guys,
Need some advice regarding two stocks.
1) USO -- ETF for crude Oil. It is at about $29.00 but alst year in July it was about 120. IS it a good investment bet. I know I might have to hold it till summer of 2010.
2) HNSN -- Biomedical device maker. It is the next ISRG, as the reports indicate. They make the sensie robotic cartherer devices. No one else in the world does that. What do you guys think of this ? It is now at $4.50, at its peak it was about $37.00

Guys, this is the time to show the core group that we are a bunch of people thankful that there is IV to help us fight this fight.
We need to stand united and raise awareness and sign up for the $20minimum a month recurring contribution.
I understand that some of you do intend to contribute and have contributed generously in the past,
But here are some mindsets, All of us fall in these 4 mindsets.
1) you probably think "why should I sign up for a monthly recurring contribution program". I am a generous contributor and I contribute almost monthly anyways.
2) I have contributed enough.
3) I will contribute if I feel like, when I see something comming out of this effort.
4) I do not have to contribute.
If you are in category 1).I can tell you, I understand because I have been a generous contributer in the past. But guys, the reason I signed up for a monthly recurring contribution is that it helps IV know that 'X' amount of funds are guaranted every month, this way they can better plan.
Category 2) Contributed enough - Okay why dont just sign up for a minimum amount of $20/month once more. What is enough is not enough.
Category 3) This has been discussed, I do not want to talk about this category of members.
Category 4) Again - No Comments-
Lets show the core team that all of us fall in the first 2 categories.
The last thing we want the core to do is bite their fingers over funds. We want do not want the core to get stressed out over funds. They have enough real work to do already.
Inspite of being a serious team player, and a generous contributor it took me two days to sign up for the recurring monthly contribution program, so I give all of the ones that have not set up a monthly recurring contribution benefit of doubt. But this is our last chance, I urge you to be one of the 2000 people we need for this effort. Need 898 members

Any idea what is the process for pre-approved cases once the priority dates is current? Specially I am wondering if a US CIS office again looks at the file upon PD being current or do these pre-approved cases are approved automatically.

WHY? Oh Why are you not calling? At least leave voice mails. It is Saturday today. It takes JUST 15 minutes to call and leave voicemails.
You will probably spend more time online hitting the 'refresh' button in IE to see if there are more updates about this bill.
Use that 15 minutes to call and make a difference. If you have the time to respond to the poll "I did not call any", why not take that time to call at least 1 person from the list?
Every voice makes a difference @ Immigration Voice.
Dont be shy asking friends and family to support. This is a democratic process. Fortunate are the few that have the ability to participate in such processes. This is DEMOCRACY IN ACTION.

1. Bill applies to anyone who got their degree in preceding 5 years or resided legally since graduating (even greater than 5 years) will be eligible under this bill.
2. Many ROW EB2 and EB3 will get visa number from the 55K if they have advanced degree here. That means more spillover.

4. There are going to be more Indian and Chinese apply for EB2? Not that easy any more. The DOL is tougher than before on PERM application. I don't believe there are going to be 55K more new EB2 applicants each year. No matter whether there is additional 55k, people are always trying to applying for Eb2 if there can. As we don't see that many new EB2 now, I don't believe we will get that many new Eb2 later either. Plus, the bill does not say the 55K visa will only go to EB2.
5. What else can we do then? It is already very tough to push this bill through. Should we modify the bill by saying that just simply applying the 55K to everyone, no matter if he/she has advanced degree? I am perfectly OK with that if the IV core think it is a better idea. Personally, I think that would make this bill even more difficult. :

Perm may have got tougher but EB2 applications are still being filed. Along with that there are still students coming to US from india to do MS and they are alos going to apply in EB2 (I know i am generalizing but tell me if you are about to start ur GC process will you agree for EB3 knowing how the situation is currentlY for EB3)
Regarding your point 5
Yes that would make perfect sense logically but wil not happen because don't you know that persons who did MS in US are the elite. They are the best minds and make the most money and add the most to the US economy while guys who are working in US are are well lets just say not usefull to the economy and just taking free money. So looking at this issue from US side it makes sense to explicitly provide these 55 k visas to only US educated persons so that they can add more to the ecomony. And lest sface it who cares for guys who just work here but are not educated here.
